Cattleya Orchid — Inky Purple

This artificial cattleya orchid presents three blooms climbing the main stem in an asymmetric triangle that feels deliberate and architectural. The lowest flower is the largest and most open, the two above sit half a step higher and turn slightly outward to create front and back planes with real depth. Petals are substantial with a gentle rise and fall, the rims finely rippled. Outer segments carry vertical inky purple striations; the lip shows a cream ground marked with deep ink spots and a centre that reads darker, so the whole face has strong graphic power. Three buds sit at the tip, graded from larger to smaller, which adds rhythm and a sense of upward growth. Foliage is intentionally quiet so the pattern and relief hold focus; in nature, cattleya leaves are thick and lance shaped in small clusters, here the leafing is pared back to a clean outline. The mood is cool and modern, like a studio portrait with a violet ink tint, refined and editorial.
