In-stock, non-custom items are typically dispatched within 24 hours on business days (Mon–Fri, NSW time; public holidays excluded). Personalised, bespoke and large-scale commissions follow confirmed lead times advised during consultation. Packaging is considered and sustainability-minded, balancing protection with a lighter footprint.
