Leafless Rose — Cream White

This artificial leafless rose comes in Cream White. The bloom is soft ivory with a warm undertone. A single cup shaped flower sits on a slender botanical stem. The outer petals turn back from a tighter centre, with fine veining and rounded edges across the flower head.

For a single stem, use a petite bud vase and keep the bloom just above the rim. The short leafless stem places the full flower head close to the vessel.

Arrange three stems in a small round vase and turn the flower faces towards different angles. Place a line flower in the centre to extend above the roses and add an upright direction to the arrangement.

For a low table arrangement, place five to ten stems in a shallow bowl and vary their direction and height so the blooms form a rounded group without blocking the view across the table.

The short stem can also be used for DIY details such as hair clips, gift ribbon, jacket cuffs, bouquet tubes, envelope bouquets or jewellery box styling.

Design notes

A slim porcelain bud vase suits a single stem. A small round vase can hold three stems with the flower faces turned in different directions. A shallow stone bowl suits a low arrangement of five to ten blooms.

Pair Cream White with oatmeal or warm grey for a neutral palette. Burgundy provides a deeper contrast.

Place Cymbidium orchids between the rose heads for smaller cupped flowers. Salvia can rise through the centre as a line flower, while tulips add closed upright forms around the roses.
