Silhouette Rose — Apricot Yellow

This artificial silhouette rose comes in Apricot Yellow. The bloom sits above dark green leaves, with green guard petals visible beneath the apricot yellow cup. The outer petals open enough to show the rounded rose form, while the centre remains closely gathered.

For a single stem, use a slim vase with a narrow opening and keep the bloom just above the rim. Turn the flower towards the main viewing side and let the leaves sit close to the vase opening.

When using three stems, vary their height and angle the flower heads in different directions to form a compact group without placing every bloom on the same level. In a mixed arrangement, place the roses through the main focal area or repeat Apricot Yellow in several positions to carry the colour through the design.

Design notes:

Clear ribbed glass keeps the apricot yellow visible and shows the length of the stem. Chalk porcelain provides a pale matte base, while hand rubbed brass continues the warmer tones.

Pair Apricot Yellow with ivory, flax or warm taupe. Melon, pale tangerine and peach continue the warm colour range. Cobalt blue, deep teal and graphite provide stronger contrast.

Strelitzia introduces a taller angular form beside the rounded rose heads. Calla lilies add a narrow upright line, while Gloriosa lilies extend through the arrangement with curved petals and branching stems.
