Leucospermum — Baby Pink

This artificial Leucospermum comes in Baby Pink. Fine curved filaments form a rounded crown, dense through the centre and more open at the tips. The colour begins in soft white at the outer ends, moves into baby pink and deepens towards the centre. A small seed detail sits near the upper part of the stem. Thick oval leaves have a smooth, substantial feel, with a soft matte finish and faint white powdering across the surface.

For a single stem, use a small vase with a narrow opening or place it upright in a small pot filled with decorative stones. It also works well in a woven basket with mixed foliage for a loose arrangement that looks freshly gathered from the garden.

When using several stems, vary their height and turn the flower heads in different directions. In a mixed arrangement, place them through the lower or middle section between broader blooms and finer foliage.

Design notes

Clear glass keeps the white and pink colour transition visible. Blush porcelain continues the softer pink tones, while charcoal ceramic provides a darker base.

Pair Baby Pink with ivory, warm sand or stone grey. Rosewater, petal pink and dusty mauve continue the pink range. Deep olive, oxblood and ink black provide stronger contrast.

Rodriguezia lanceolata adds fine branching lines around the flower heads. Clivia introduces broader petal forms, while eucalyptus adds layered green foliage and repeats the pale surface detail on the leaves.
