Skimmia Bud Ball (Fernleaf Edit) — Green Ivory

This premium artificial set includes three stems built around Skimmia bud spheres, and it lands with quiet power: hundreds of tiny, trumpet tipped buds radiate from each core in a calm gradient from fresh green to creamy ivory, their seed pearl surface reading crisp and matte. We’ve replaced the usual glossy lanceolate foliage with deep green, fern-like leaves that draw the eye upward, lifting the rounded clusters into a taller, more tailored silhouette while framing a warm nucleus for heightened contrast; the fronds open like a fine cape, turning points into planes so the whole reads modern, disciplined and full of cadence. Styled together the three stems feel gallery-clean yet inviting, equally at home in festive Christmas tablescapes (think garlands and centrepieces with candlelight) and industrial or serene minimalist interiors, where their measured geometry adds calm without noise.

Seat the set in architectural concrete for loft clarity, in pale limestone to brighten the green ivory, or in hand thrown stoneware to emphasise negative space. With chalk, bone and oyster it feels precise and tranquil; with eucalyptus, olive and sage it melts into a tonal landscape; against crimson, coral or deep charcoal it becomes a luminous counterpoint.
